Job Description
Location: Kirkby Lonsdale – hybrid working 2-3 days in the office depending on distance to the office
Kasmir Associates are recruiting on behalf of an exciting supplier of products to the hospitality sector, with three growing brands and ambitious plans to scale to £10m+ turnover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager who wants to play a key role in shaping a dynamic SME. Reporting directly into the business owner, you’ll have exposure to both day-to-day finance and strategic decision-making, working closely with the leadership team.
What you’ll do
* Lead financial control, reporting, and cashflow forecasting.
* Provide financial insight to support growth and expansion (including international).
* Strengthen systems and processes (Xero + supporting platforms).
* Support cross-functional projects – supply chain, HR, sustainability, and IT.
* Act as a trusted advisor, embedding finance across the business.
* General bookkeeping
About you
* Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA preferred) or part qualified with plans to complete your qualifications to fully qualified
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or product-based businesses a plus.
* Strong cashflow and forecasting skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working with leadership.
