Job Description
A dedicated Head Teacher of a secondary school in Nelson is seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Officer to join their team as soon as possible.

As Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the school.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase orders and invoices

Managing filing systems and financial documentation

Supporting daily finance activities
*
Assisting the wider team with general administrative tasks
Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Access – this is an essential requirement

Previous finance or administrative experience

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
*
An enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable
