Key Responsibilities of the Finance Operations Assistant:
Processing of invoices and funds
Bank reconciliations
General ledger duties
Managing debtors and creditors
Daily use of Excel for reporting and analysis
Supporting wider finance operations across departmentsExperience & Skills for the Finance Operations Assistant:
Graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Studying towards AAT (part or fully qualified) or CIMA (minimum foundation level)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Experience with QuickBooks is highly advantageous
A team player with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learnBenefits & Package: As a Finance Operations Assistant, you will receive:
