Are you ready to take the reins of a buzzing finance team and make numbers exciting? We're looking for a dynamic Finance Team Leader who is hands on, loves structure, thrives on problem-solving, and enjoys leading a team toward success!

What you'll be doing 💼

Lead the team: Manage our client's operational finance function and keep everything running smoothly, overseeing a team of three finance assistants.
Take charge of the ledgers: Own the sales and purchase ledgers-raise invoices, resolve discrepancies, and keep everything balanced.
Spot the trends: Produce daily sales and margin reports, identify variances, and share insights with senior management.
Reconciliation expert: Ensure client and supplier accounts are accurate and up to date.
Month-end pro: Oversee the process and make it seamless.
Reporting specialist: Deliver monthly and ad-hoc financial reports that inform and impress senior management.
Compliance focused: Keep the purchase order system aligned with procurement policy.
Admin support: From proofreading to formatting, make documents clear and professional.
Project partner: Assist the Head of Finance with projects and data collation.
Process improver: Help enhance finance systems and procedures-your ideas will make a difference.
