Job Description
Financial Accountant role to take ownership of core financial accounting, reporting, and controls across the business. This fully remote role offers the chance to play a key part in maintaining accuracy, driving process improvements, and supporting a high-performing finance function within a market leading business.

Description
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent financial data.
Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes in financial practices.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified - Newly or Recently Qualified
Experience in financial reporting is ideal but would consider first moves from practice
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
