Senior Financial Accountant
Location: Chichester (Hybrid working)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our finance team based in Chichester. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of core financial reporting while benefiting from a supportive environment and a strong benefits package.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls, and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  * 
    Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
  * 
    Production of year-end statutory accounts and audit liaison
  * 
    Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
  * 
    Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  * 
    Cash flow monitoring and reporting
  * 
    Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members
  * 
    Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  * 
    Ad hoc financial analysis and project work
About You
  * 
    Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  * 
    Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
  * 
    Strong technical accounting knowledge
  * 
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  * 
    Confident communicator with non-finance stakeholders
  * 
    Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven
