Job Description
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, purpose-led organisation in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a Financial Accounting Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic business with international reach, recognised for its innovation and ambitious growth plans.
Working on a hybrid basis (minimum three days per week in the office), you’ll report directly to the Group Financial Controller and play a key role in delivering high-quality internal and external reporting. You’ll provide senior leaders with critical insights to support decision-making, lead on financial statements, statutory reporting, tax and compliance, and offer technical accounting advice.
You will be a qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or equivalent and come from a practice background. You will have strong technical expertise in IFRS and US GAAP knowledge is an advantage. You will be confident at writing accounting papers. As well as collaborating with colleagues in the Finance team, you’ll also work closely with various other departments in the business including Legal, FP&A and Supply Chain and externally, you’ll liaise with tax advisors, Auditors and regulatory bodies.
