If you’re a Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser with a few years under your belt and you’re ready for the next step in your career, this employed role could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
We’re working with an award-winning, highly respected financial planning practice based in Warrington, perfectly positioned between Manchester and Liverpool. Known for their supportive team culture, strong client relationships, and long-term career development, they’re now looking for two Financial Advisers to join their expanding team.
About the Role
This is a genuinely career-building opportunity. You’ll have the infrastructure and support to focus on what you do best, working with great clients and delivering exceptional advice. With experienced paraplanners, admin support, and a support with client aquasition, you’ll be able to spend your time where it matters most.
You’ll have access to active, existing clients as well as help in attracting new ones. The firm will invest in your development with both in-house and external training, helping you become a leading adviser in your field.
It’s a great fit if you’re ambitious, relationship-driven, and provide a great service to clients while having a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Building and nurturing client relationships across personal and corporate sectors
• Delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice
• Meeting with existing clients and developing new business opportunities
• Working closely with paraplanners and admin staff to ensure smooth advice delivery
• Keeping up to date with industry changes and developments

What We’re Looking For
• Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser (Chartered or working towards Chartered is ideal)
• A couple of years’ experience in a client-facing adviser role
• Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
• Professional, ethical, and motivated to grow your career
• Within a reasonable commute to Warrington
