Job Description
Branta are seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Senior Analyst to take ownership of financial control, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic, growing business.
You’ll play a key role in supporting senior management with clear, data-driven insights that enhance growth, efficiency, and profitability across the company.

Key Responsibilities
*
Oversee day-to-day financial control, reporting, and accounting processes.
*
Prepare and review management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
*
Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, offering clear commentary and recommendations.
*
Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
*
Support financial planning, pricing, and forecasting activities.
*
Design and maintain dashboards to improve financial and operational visibility.
*
Partner with project, operations, and management teams to turn financial data into actionable insights.
*
Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency.
*
Provide financial input into strategic decisions, commercial opportunities, and growth initiatives.
About You
*
Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent, with 5+ years’ experience in financial control, management accounting, or business analysis.
*
Experience working in SMEs or project-based industries.
*
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with strong analytical ability.
*
Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable communicating complex financial information to non-financial colleagues.
*
Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
