Financial Controller – Professional Services | Derby Based | 4-Day Work Week
Up to £70,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits + Hybrid/Flexible Working
Are you a results-driven finance professional who thrives in fast-growth environments?
We’re strengthening our group finance team as we continue to scale through significant expansion — and we’re looking for a commercially astute Financial Controller to bring rigor, governance, and insight to a dynamic professional services group.
This key leadership role will oversee financial control across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting and exceptional financial integrity while enabling the business to keep growing at pace. You’ll combine hands-on oversight of core finance operations with strategic influence at leadership level.
You’ll be a confident communicator, technically strong, and able to build credible, trusted relationships across the group. A passion for continuous improvement and strong organisational skills are essential, alongside a proactive mindset and the ability to lead a team through change.
We’d expect you to be ACCA / ACA qualified with solid experience in a similar group Financial Controller role. A background in professional services or a fast-growth organisation will set you up for success.
