Financial Controller
Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on expertise with SAP, budgeting, and financial leadership?
We're looking for a Financial Controller to join a growing business and play a key role in driving financial performance across their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain and reconcile balance sheets in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
Conduct cash flow analysis to support working capital management and forecasting.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts with commentary and insights.
Build and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
Perform detailed cost analysis to identify savings and improve profitability.
Lead pricing reviews and support commercial teams with financial insight and analysis.
Ensure integrity and efficiency of financial systems, with strong usage of SAP.
Partner with operations to analyse production performance, variances, and KPIs.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and effective internal controls.Requirements
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of SAP.
Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving.
