The role will suit someone who is numerically very strong but who is also commercially very competent and can contribute at senior level bringing to life the journey the business is on. You will be a creative financial profile, a great team player and someone who has lots of positive energy.
Focus Areas
* Planning & control, operational performance, investment oversight
Previous Experience
* 4-5 years in financial planning, control, or business finance
* B2B experience essential
Profile of the candidate
* Highly organized and with strong attention to detail
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Technical Knowledge
* Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
* Understanding of business cost structures and monitoring
* Knowledge of key businesses drivers and KPIs
Core Responsibilities
* Lead periodical budgeting and forecasting workstreams
* Build forward-looking financial models and scenario analyses
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in reporting
Leadership & Communication
* Present performance and outlook to leadership clearly and impactfully
* Ensure alignment between local and corporate requirements
Systems & Tools
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Skilled in dashboards (e.g. NetSuite, Power BI)
Education
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* ACA, CIMA, and/or ACCA qualification is a plus
Rewards
* Salary up to £60,000 and Package
* Hybrid – West Yorkshire - Head office. 3 days a week
