Position: Financial Controller
Location: Suffolk (on-site)
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
A leading luxury hospitality business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and drive financial operations for this unique and exclusive business. The role is based on-site in Suffolk and offers a rare opportunity to work with one of the most distinctive hospitality experiences in the UK.
The Opportunity:
This newly created role is suited to a highly capable, hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment. You will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, lead a small team, and play a key role in strengthening financial controls and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of operational finance across Balance Sheet and P&L
Full ownership of the month-end process and preparation of management information
Lead budgeting, forecasting, VAT returns and audit processes
Maintain clear and accurate financial reconciliations and reporting structures
Mentor and support team members to ensure high-quality, timely financial outputs
Act as the main point of contact for auditors and external advisors
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team on strategic projectsAbout You:
Qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience
Proven experience in hospitality or hotel finance is essential
Demonstrable strength in financial reporting, analysis, and systems improvement
Experienced leader with excellent communication and team development skills
Highly organised, commercially aware and resilient under pressure
A full UK Driving Licence is required due to the rural locationTo Apply:
