Job Description
Anderson Knight are delighted to be working on the appointment of a Financial Controller for our high-growth, scaling client. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting, controls and systems, while delivering accurate insights to drive performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own monthly management accounts, reporting, and cashflow forecasting
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
* Manage revenue recognition, balance sheet controls, and statutory processes
* Provide commercial finance support on pricing, bids, and contract reviews
* Analyse margins, recurring revenue metrics and SaaS KPIs
* Improve finance processes, systems and controls for scale
* Support board reporting, investor updates and fundraising due diligence
* Establish and grow Finance function to cope with business growth
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Proven experience in a senior finance role within a growing business
* Strong understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred
* Analytical mindset with excellent financial modelling skills
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
