Financial Customer Services – Permanent - £27k to £29k DOE - Liverpool

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support professional to join a growing team in Liverpool. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the inance sales process, supporting both internal teams and external partners. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  * Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial proposal through to fulfilment

  * Produce accurate and competitive finance quotations across multiple business streams

  * Develop a strong understanding of retail, contract hire, and corporate finance products

  * Actively support new sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service

  * Handle customer settlement figures and assist with dealer staff car schemes

  * Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal stakeholders

  * Manage key in-house dealer accounts, providing ongoing support throughout the application lifecycle

  * Assist the Sales team with vehicle procurement and delivery logistics

  * Support floor managers and help strengthen internal operational processes

  * Manage accounts without field sales involvement, ensuring consistent service delivery

  * Prepare commission quotations, including campaigns and promotional structures

  * Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of integrity and customer fairness

  * Provide ongoing support for accounts transitioned from the Field Sales team

Skills & Experience

  * Strong administrative and system skills with excellent attention to detail

  * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  * Excellent organisational and communication skills

  * A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  * Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

  * Team-oriented with a flexible and positive attitude

  * Knowledge of the motor trade and vehicle finance is highly desirable

  * Experience in a broker environment is advantageous but not essential
