Our client, a specialist financial services organisation, are currently looking for a Financial Intelligence Assistant Manager for their Financial Intelligence Team.
The right candidate will possess:
* Extensive knowledge of AML/CTF
* Leadership experience
* A proactive outlook
* Strong working experience in Onboarding
Day to day tasks include:
* Leading a team of 8-10
* Conducting Appraisals
* Being the go to for all things onboarding
* Liaison with various departments
Based from the Kings Hill Head Quarters you will receive:
* Hybrid working, 2-3 office days per week as the role allows
* 30 days Annual Leave plus banks Holidays
