Currently looking for a driven and client-focused Financial Planner to join their growing Cambridge team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser seeking long-term career development within a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment.
As an experienced Financial Adviser you will hold :
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in advising private clients on pensions, investments, retirement planning, and estate planning.
* Preferably Chartered status (CII), however support is provided if not already held.
* A keen user of technology, with the ability to utilise cashflow modelling tools to demonstrate financial planning outcomes.
* Proven ability to deliver tailored, compliant advice and develop long-term client relationships.
* Strong knowledge of investment solutions, tax-efficient planning, and retirement strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
* Deliver regulated advice across pensions, investments, estate planning, and wealth management.
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable, tailored solutions.
* Proactively use cashflow modelling software to present and explain planning outcomes in a clear, client-friendly way.
* Manage your own client portfolio, including reviews, ongoing advice, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the firm’s support teams to ensure efficient administration and reporting, freeing you to focus on client-facing work.
* Actively pursue new business opportunities, including referrals from existing clients and networking.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments, legislation, and guidance.
