They are deeply committed to providing thoughtful, tailored advice and exceptional service, ensuring clients receive the best financial outcomes. With a strong ethical foundation and a client-first mindset, this company is driven by a genuine passion for making a difference in their clients' lives. Now, they are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their dedicated team and help support their mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a values-driven organisation where your role will have a direct impact on the quality of service provided to clients. About the Role: As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Financial Planner and Practice Manager, helping to deliver exceptional service to clients while maintaining the high standards of compliance and professionalism that the company is known for. Initially, you will work on-site with the client to receive full training. Once you’re up to speed, you’ll have the option to work from home, with occasional visits to the office for team meetings or updates. Key Responsibilities: * Support the financial planning team: Provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, allowing the team to focus on client relationships and financial strategies. * Manage client records: Use the Intelligent Office (IO) System to maintain accurate, up-to-date client data, while assisting in processing financial information. * Ensure compliance: Stay informed on financial regulations and ensure that all processes and practices comply with industry standards and best practices. * Client communication: Act as a liaison for clients, providers, and third parties, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. * Prepare reports & presentations: Assist with preparing financial plans, reports, client reviews, and presentations that align with the company’s high standards of client care. * Assist with ad-hoc tasks: Support the financial planning team with any additional administrative duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to projects as required. * New business completion: Carrying out new applications to completion, ensuring all internal compliance systems are updated and correctly. * Client review administration: Carrying out the majority of tasks following a client review, taking the initiative and prioritising multiple workflows. What They’re Looking For: * Experience: Previous experience in a financial planning administrator role, with a solid understanding of the Intelligent Office (IO) System. * Regulation knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance within the financial services industry. * Attention to detail: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of the role. * Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external parties. * Proactive & collaborative: Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously, but also to collaborate within a close-knit, client-focused team. * Creativity: Someone excited to make changes and improve processes with their expertise as part of an outcome driven business Why This Role? * Flexibility: Enjoy a 4-day work week with flexible hours, and the opportunity to work from home after the initial training period. * Ethical, client-first environment: Work for a company that is truly committed to doing the right thing for clients and fostering long-term, trusted relationships. * Competitive salary: A competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. * Supportive culture: Join a company where you’ll be supported in your role, have access to ongoing training, and where your contributions will be recognised. If you’re ready to join a client-driven financial planning company that values integrity and ethical service, and if you have the experience they’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you
