Job Description
We are working exclusively with a leading organisation based in Manchester to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, skilled financial professional to take the lead on cash flow forecasting, management accounts preparation, and financial modelling. What will you be doing as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager?
Preparing, reviewing, and analysing management accounts
Leading the cash flow forecasting and financial planning processes
Building and refining financial models to support business decisions
Working across financial systems and integrating data for insights
Collaborating with internal teams and senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance
Supporting process improvements to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in financial analysis and management accounts preparation
Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling
Experience with ERP systems and financial data integration
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to work
Ideally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience
International experience in financial planning or analysis, working with global teams or financial data
Experience working for a family-run business or a similar entrepreneurial, owner-managed environment
Able to work in the Manchester office 2-3 days per week

Salary of up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
