Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £84,576 including London weighting
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours/week)

About the role
As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you’ll lead a finance business partnering team delivering strategic insights and robust financial modelling. You'll guide forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across the group and play a key role in embedding improved processes through a finance transformation programme. A strong background in business partnering and leadership is essential.
What you’ll need:
* CCAB qualification
* FP&A experience in both commercial and non-profit settings
* Skilled in financial modelling, reporting, and team development
* Confident working with senior stakeholders
