CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a high-profile international brand within the travel and hospitality sector to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager for their EMEA head office, based in central Southampton. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a clear progression pathway in a multinational setting. What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve? Full responsibility for preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements for multiple EMEA entities. Managing the year-end audit process and acting as the key liaison for external advisors and auditors. Coordinating and reviewing VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions. Supporting corporation tax processes including return preparation and payments. Providing technical accounting support and guidance to the wider finance team. Identifying and implementing process improvements across reporting and compliance functions. Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally with a background in audit or financial reporting. Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS). Previous experience working with EMEA entities and multi-jurisdiction VAT is highly desirable. A confident communicator who can work collaboratively across departments and manage deadlines effectively. Proactive, detail-focused, and able to bring a solutions-led approach to technical challenges.
