Finishing Foreman – Redhill - Residential
Our client is are Main Developer in and around Surrey, and they are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their team who will attend properties, liaise with customers and resolve defects.
Duties for a Finishing Foreman:
*
Assisting the Site Manager
*
Finishing
*
Liaising with customers
*
Managing sub-contractors
*
Taking plots from finals to CMLs
Qualifications needed:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* MUST HAVE experience in New Build Residential projects
