Linsco are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a residential developer and assist with the final stages of multiple new build housing sites.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, who can take homes through to completion to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and completing snag lists to ensure quality handovers
Overseeing finishing trades (e.g., decorators, carpenters, mastic teams)
Liaising with site management and subcontractors to resolve outstanding issues
Ensuring homes are presented to a high standard for client handover
Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on site
Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager or Project ManagerRequirements:
Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman role on new build housing developments
Excellent attention to detail and snagging knowledge
SSSTS
Valid CSCS Card
First Aid (desirable)
