Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to support the delivery of a large-scale new build residential development for a well-established PLC housebuilder. The scheme includes both apartment blocks and traditional housing.
This is an immediate start with ongoing work available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing internal finishing works to a high standard
*
Managing and coordinating sub-contractors on site
*
Snagging and de-snagging units
*
Ensuring work is completed in line with programme and quality expectations
*
Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day operations
*
Health & safety monitoring and compliance
Requirements:
*
Proven experience working on new build housing developments (essential)
*
SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum)
*
CSCS card (valid and in date)
*
First Aid at Work certification
*
Good communication and organisational skills
*
Strong eye for detail and finishing standardsBefore You Apply
