Are you a hands-on, detail-driven team player with a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments We're looking for a Finishing Foreman to bring expertise and energy to our housing development project based in Bexhill-On-Sea
Location: Bexhill on Sea Start Date: ASAP Employment Type:On going Freelance Contract
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading finishing works on Housing Association (HA) plots
Creating and managing snagging lists for subcontractors
De-snagging completed works to maintain high standards
Coordinating trades and scheduling activities efficiently
Ensuring a smooth handover by managing finishing phases meticulously
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman in busy construction environments
Strong knowledge of HA plot standards and handover requirements
Valid CSCS card and First Aid certification
SMSTS qualification is a plus—but not essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills to drive subcontractors to completion
