Finishing Foreman – 4 Week Contract
Location: OX18 3RH Start: ASAP Duration: 4 Weeks CSCS Card Required
We’re seeking a hands-on Finishing Foreman with a strong background in large-scale residential projects to join a fast-paced site in OX18 3RH for a short-term contract.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the final snagging and touch-ups across multiple completed homes, all of which have already passed CML. Your focus will be ensuring each property is handover-ready, coordinating with trades, and personally stepping in to complete minor finishings when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and manage final snags across multiple units
Liaise with trades to ensure timely completion of outstanding items
Carry out minor finishing tasks (e.g. touch-up painting, fixing loose fittings)
Ensure homes are ready for clean and client handover
Requirements
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale residential builds
CSCS card (essential)
Eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
Willingness to get stuck in and assist with hands-on tasks
Available for immediate start
