Finishing Groundworker - Housing Site (Cheadle)

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Finishing Groundworkers to work on a busy residential housing development in the Cheadle area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled operatives looking for ongoing work with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out all aspects of finishing groundworks on new build housing sites
Final preparation of plots, including top soiling, edging, flagging, kerbing, and concreting
Drainage works and ensuring plots are completed to a high standard
Snagging and completing finishing touches to meet site specifications
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlinesRequirements:

Proven experience in groundworks, specifically housing finishing
Ability to carry out high-quality finishing work with attention to detail
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Own tools and PPE preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to provide 2 recent references from similar roles upon requestWhat's on Offer:
