Finishing Internals Manager (Residential Construction – Dublin)
Salter Grange is hiring on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Finishing Internals Manager to join a flagship housing project in Dublin.
This role offers flexibility for either contract or permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee internal works from first fix to completion (e.g., drylining, carpentry, painting, tiling, snagging)
Coordinate and manage finishing subcontractors
Ensure works are delivered to the highest standard and within project timelines
Manage snag lists, quality checks, and handovers
Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure smooth progression of worksRequirements:
5+ years’ experience in a similar role (Finishing Foreman / Internals Manager) on residential projects
Strong eye for detail and quality finishing
Experience with subcontractor management and sequencing
Solid understanding of health & safety practices
Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferredWhat’s on Offer:
