What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large-scale residential or high-rise developments.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of finish.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing trades and driving productivity.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to snagging and quality control.
