ITS Plymouth is a leading construction recruitment company with over 20 years of experience supplying clients in the South West. We are part of the wider ITS Group with over 50 years of experience in construction recruitment.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Finishing Manager to assist on a new build housing site in Penzance
You will be responsible for snagging new build houses to get ready for completion and be overseeing some trades on the site. A hands-on approach is essential as you will on be required to assist with snagging duties.
SSSTS or SMSTS is required, as well as CSCS and first aid
Ideally, you will have a trades background and will be willing to assist on the tools where needed to get the job done. A roll-your-sleeves-up approach is required!
