Job Title: Finishing Manager (Fit Out – CAT A & B)
Location: West London
Contract Duration: 10 Weeks
Rate: £250 - £280 per day (CIS)
Start Date: Immediate
Company Overview:
Our client is a leading construction and fit out contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial projects across London and the South East. They have recently completed the shell and core of a new-build, multi-purpose commercial building in West London and are now entering the final phase of the fit out.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee and manage the internal fit out works, ensuring a high-quality finish and timely delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role during this final stage of the project and will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing snagging and driving quality and progress on site.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day site activities related to internal finishes and fit out.
*
Manage sub-contractors to ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to programme.
*
Ensure CAT A and CAT B fit out works are completed to specification.
*
Conduct snagging and de-snagging to meet handover standards.
*
Liaise with site and project management teams to report on progress and resolve issues.
*
Enforce health & safety standards across the site.
*
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on commercial fit out projects.
*
Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit outs.
*
Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver to tight deadlines.
*
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
Rate:
£250 - £280 per day (CIS), depending on experience.
