Job Title: Finishing Manager/Handover Manager – Residential Handover Specialist

Our Client is leading residential developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality apartments across London. We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Finishing Manager with a strong background in residential handovers to join our clients site team in Clapham Junction, working on a prominent medium to high-rise residential scheme.
Role Overview:
As Finishing Manager, you will take ownership of the final stages of delivery, overseeing all finishing works through to successful handover. You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation, coordinate trades, manage snagging and de-snagging, and liaise directly with internal teams and end users to ensure a smooth, timely, and customer-focused handover process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all finishing activities on site through to handover.
* Coordinate with site and subcontractor teams to ensure quality and programme targets are met.
* Conduct and manage snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections.
* Liaise with the Customer Care and Sales teams to ensure homes are handed over to a high standard.
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Deliver homes to a market-leading finish that aligns with our brand and buyer expectations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or similar role within residential development.
* Strong knowledge of residential handover processes and customer expectations.
* Background in medium to high-rise projects, ideally in urban locations.
* Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, quality-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Must have SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
