Finishing Operative Wanted!
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in Staveley? Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Finishing Operatives to play a crucial role in their production process. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with the potential for a permanent position based on performance!
What You'll Do:
Conduct quality control checks on cartons to ensure they meet standards.
Pack the required count of cartons into boxes with precision.
Manage pallet organisation, ensuring the correct quantity is maintained.
Transport pallets around the production floor and into the warehouse efficiently.
Remove waste and empty cartons from pallets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Pay & Hours:
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time
Shifts:
Week 1:
Monday to Thursday: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm (20-min break)
Friday: 5:30 am - 11:00 am (10-min break)
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm (20-min break)
Friday: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm (10-min break)
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail for quality control.
Experience in packing and warehouse operations is a plus!
Ability to manage pallets and maintain organisation.
A proactive approach to housekeeping and safety.
