Job Description
Resourcing Group are actively recruiting for a Fire Alarm Engineer with relevant Access Control experience to work for a Property Services and Management Group in Bristol, conducting Reactive and Planned preventive maintenance on a Permanent basis.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
Fault finding
Fire Alarm testing
Installation work to both domestic and commercial premises
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs outside remit
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Ideal candidate will have experience with fire alarms and access control systemsKey experience:
Experienced background in all areas of the Fire and Access control trades
High level communication skills both internally and externally
Good diary and time management
Confident in IT
The ability to work within a team and achieve a high level of output from within
Flexible working
Full UK driving license requiredPackage and benefits:
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hour week
A competitive salary between £36,000 and £39,500 depending on experience
Minimum of 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
1 wellbeing day per year
