Fire Alarm Technician - Houston, TX
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits

Are you an experienced Fire Alarm Technician looking for your next opportunity?
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fire Alarm Technician to join a growing team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well established company specialising in fire and life safety systems, offering strong earning potential, career progression, and long term stability.
The Role:
* Install, service, troubleshoot, and commission fire alarm systems across commercial and residential sites
* Carry out wiring, device installation, testing, and fault finding in line with NFPA codes and local regulations
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on fire alarm systems
* Work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently
* Ensure all systems are fully operational and compliant
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems
* Experience with systems such as Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar
* Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire safety standards
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* NICET certification is beneficial but not essential
