The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems - including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
You'll ensure all systems are reliable, compliant, and performing to the highest standards, while representing the company with professionalism and providing outstanding customer service on every visit.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair fire and security systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.
Complete accurate service reports and relevant documentation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, building strong relationships.
Work safely and in line with British Standards and industry regulations.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer.
Good working knowledge of systems such as Hikvision, Texecom, Paxton, Honeywell, Advanced, and Kentec.
Familiarity with BS 5839 and related industry standards.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
ECS/CSCS card (advantageous, not essential).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
