Our customer is a well-established Fire & Security company delivering high-quality Fire & Security solutions across the North West. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join their established engineering team.

Salary and Benefits - Fire & Security Service Engineer
£32,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
Company Van with Personal Use (Optional)
Paid Travel Time - 30 minutes deducted each way
Excellent Overtime Available
Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday & 2x Sundays
Call Out Rota - 1 in 7 / 1 in 8
Time taken on call-outs given back the following working day
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Manufacturer Training on GENT & FireClass
Full Time | Permanent Position
Key
Responsibilities - Fire & Security Service Engineer
Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems
Carry out fault finding and repairs
Complete small works on existing installations
Attend planned and reactive maintenance visits
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Skills and
experience - Fire & Security Service Engineer:
Previous experience servicing Electronic Security systems
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms & Access Control
Experience carrying out fault finding and small works
Manufacturer experience with GENT and/or FireClass would be advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
