Role: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £36,000 - £43,000 per annum
We are looking to recruit an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join a team in Glasgow. If you're driven by delivering outstanding service and looking to advance your career with a forward-thinking company, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
* Service and maintain Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
* Respond to client callouts with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with clients to address concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
* Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
* Adhere to company policies and Health & Safety legislation, ensuring a safe work environment.
Experience and Certifications Required:
* At least 3 years in servicing Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.
* Thorough knowledge of Fire and Intruder Alarm standards. CSCS/ECS/IPAF certification and Gent Fire experience are desirable.
* Excellent customer service, strong teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
* A full, valid UK driving licence (Essential).
