Job Description
Looking for a Fire and Smoke Engineer in Kent, with a basic understanding of the fundamentals of AOVs.
Eperience needed in:
* Fault finding
* Actuator replacements
* Smoke control testing
* Test in accordance with the cause & effect/fire strategy
* AOV control panel diagnosis
* Battery measurements
The engineer will be based in the London Area with most of the work being in the Southeastern area/Kent with a few sites dotted in central London.
The engineer will be provided with a Van that they can use personally (tax-deductible), but we ask that excessive miles be covered at their own expense (detailed in the handbook)
The engineer will be expected to go on call-out. The current call-out rota is 1 every 10 weeks (this will change as more engineers are coming into the business)
Role comes with:
* Company Van
* Holidays are 24 Days, Bank holidays are paid for and are not included in the 24 days.
* Phone
* Fuel card
* Full uniform provided
* Nest pension
The probation period will be 3 months
Hours of work 8 am – 5 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunchBefore You Apply
