London Borough of Barking & Dagenham are currently looking for a Fire Building Safety Specialist.
£600 per day.
Inside IR35.
Hybrid Working. Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Fire and Building Safety Specialist is to ensure the safety and compliance of residential buildings within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD). This role is critical in fulfilling the requirements set forth by the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, Fire Safety Order, and Building Safety Regulator. The specialist will act as the Accountable Person, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fire and building safety.
Objectives:
Enhance Resident Safety: Implement robust safety measures to protect residents.
Ensure Legal Compliance: Avoid legal penalties by ensuring all buildings meet regulatory requirements.
Mitigate Risks: Identify and address potential safety risks proactively.
