Job Description
Job Title: Fire Damper Report Writer
Location: Harlow
Salary: >£35,000 + benefits
Established in 1989, Our client is the UK's leading passive fire protection specialist, supplying a comprehensive range of third-party accredited survey, installation and compliance services to public and private sector organisations across the country.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and understanding building maintenance records including compartmentation drawings, O&Ms, FRAs and Asbestos Surveys
Read and understand technical guides and drawings
Collate information from System to create client damper and asset reports
Identify in a timely manner any outstanding issues that may impede the delivery of the report
Support the Team in identifying on site issues noted in the system
Assist in the development of the system
Update all areas of the business on Report Progress
Ensure all report information i.e. tables and information buildups are accurate prior to QC
Ensure ownership of Report from inception to client handover
understanding remedial requirements and building complexities Experience:
Technical experience in passive fire protection experience in Fire Dampers
Ability to manage a small team
Demonstrable experience in similar role
Strong understanding of Fire safety regulations, BS9999, HTM05-02, BESA and relevant qualifications in fire dampers
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Boris or similar Qualifications:
NAADUK
NVQ Level 2/3 in Fire Dampers/VentilationBefore You Apply
