North London
Permanent Position

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Fire Door Carpenter based in North London.
Day to Day for Fire Door Carpenter:
Carrying out installation, maintenance, and repairs of fire doors in domestic and communal properties
Conducting fire door inspections in line with current regulations and safety standards
Ensuring compliance with FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) requirements
Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
Using a PDA to log works and update job status

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a fire door carpenter, fire door joiner, fire door installer, fire door maintenance operative, FIRAS-certified carpenter, fire stopping operative, passive fire protection operative, maintenance carpenter, or joiner with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or working to fire safety compliance standards.
