Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an ongoing contract upgrading UPVC doors and windows across dwellings and mid-rise flats in Stoke.
This is a minimum 12-month contract with a quick start available for the right person.

The Site Manager will get:

£32 per hour
Minimum 12 months’ work
Company vehicle provided
Quick start
Long-term contract
Mix of dwellings and mid-rise flatsWhat we’re looking for:

Previous Site Manager experience within social housing is essential
SMSTS required
UPVC doors/windows experience advantageous
Strong technical knowledge
Good understanding of health & safety
Ability to manage programmes and meet timeframes
Confident dealing with clients, managers and operatives
Experience managing direct trades and subcontractors
Strong communication and organisational skillsAs a Site Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the works on site, managing trades and subcontractors, keeping the programme on track and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
