Our clients, a highly reputable Fire Door Manufacturing company, located near Ringwood, are currently looking for Four Fire Door Joiners— two with previous joinery experience and two trainees, to join their busy team.
This opportunity is open to candidates from all backgrounds who are driven, passionate, and possess transferrable skills, even if they don’t have direct joinery experience. If you’re eager to learn and committed to quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manufacturing fire doors to the highest safety standards
* Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations
* Learning from experienced professionals (for trainees) and potentially mentoring others (for qualified joiners), how to manufacture fire doors from start to finish, using the highest quality machinery.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
* Ability to work well within a team and independently
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability
* For experienced candidates: Prior fire door/joinery experience is preferred
* For trainees: A background in a practical trade or transferrable skills is a plus
