Job Description
We are looking for a Fire Door Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Fire Door Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Fire Door Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Fire Door PPM service and repairs
* Repairs and maintenance to building fabric
* Minor repair and maintenance of tiling, walls and ceiling
* Remedial minor building works
* Painting and decorating projects (as and when required)
* Flooring repair and new installations
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Basic plastering
* Stock management of site consumables
To be successful for this Fire Door Maintenance Engineer role you must have:
* Qualified to a City & Guilds or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, painting and decorating, etc
* Previous experience of working as a fabric technician
