Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fire Door Supervisor based in or around Birmingham to oversee projects across the Midlands region. This is a non-working supervisory position within a reputable fire protection contractor, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in carpentry and fire door compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing installation and remedial fire door works across Midlands-based sites
*
Supervising and coordinating operatives to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
*
Maintaining project records, site safety standards, and reporting to management
*
Covering various locations across the Midlands — travel is required
*
Offering occasional hands-on support when needed (non-working role overall)
Requirements:
*
SSSTS or SMSTS
*
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery
*
Carpentry/Joinery background with experience in fire door systems
*
Prior supervisory or site management experience
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Flexibility to travel throughout the Midlands
