We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door Surveyor to join a long-term freelance project based across London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor on major compliance and safety works.
🔍 Role Responsibilities:

Carrying out detailed fire door surveys across various sites
*
Assessing door condition, compliance, and certification requirements
*
Producing accurate reports and recommendations
*
Liaising with the project team and client regarding findings and next steps
*
Ensuring all inspections meet current fire safety regulations and standards
✅ Requirements:
*
FDIS Certified (Essential)
*
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
*
Strong working knowledge of fire door regulations and passive fire protection
*
Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate survey reports
*
Experience working across residential, commercial, or public sector buildings is beneficial
📍 Location:
Various sites across London – candidates must be able to travel across the city.
