A respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Fire Engineer to join their growing Manchester team.
This opportunity suits a Fire Engineer at either junior or senior level, offering exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout the North West.
The successful Fire Engineer will join a collaborative environment where technical excellence and professional development are genuinely prioritised.
The Fire Engineer's Role
The appointed Fire Engineer will deliver fire strategies, undertake fire risk assessments, and support design teams with compliance across various RIBA stages. This Fire Engineer will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring fire safety solutions are practical and aligned with current legislation.
The role allows the Fire Engineer to contribute to both new build and refurbishment schemes, gaining valuable project diversity.
The Fire Engineer
The ideal Fire Engineer will hold a relevant degree in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline. Full IFSM registration is essential for this Fire Engineer position, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional standards. Chartered status is preferred but not essential. The consultancy is open to both developing and experienced Fire Engineer candidates, provided they bring a proactive and technically sound approach.

Degree in Fire Engineering or similar
Full IFSM registration
Strong understanding of UK fire regulations

£45,000 - £50,000 salary (DOE)
