Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fire Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and tools. Experience working across the London Underground or Network Rail Sites.
* Location - Paddington
* Salary - £65,000 Per Annum
* Duration - 6 Months
Responsibilities
* Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
* Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
* Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
* Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
* Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
* Experience commissioning and testing Morley fire panels
* Management of 10 installation fire engineers
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within Tfl of NWR environment
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
* Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Electrical or Fire qualifications
