Up to £40,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Mileage + Package * Fire Risk Assessor (Consultant) * Home-based, covering predominantly Midlands * Well-established and growing professional services organisation Are you a qualified Fire Risk Assessor - or perhaps a Health & Safety professional with fire safety experience - looking for a role that gives you more latitude than just checklists and KPIs? This opportunity is also suited to those with titles such as; Fire Risk Consultant, Fire Safety Advisor, Health & Fire Safety Advisor or Health & Fire Safety Consultant. What you’ll be doing * Conducting predominantly Type 1 & Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments and assessments on commercial and industrial properties. * Producing high-quality reports using cloud-based platforms. * Advising clients on corrective actions and building long-term relationships. * Managing your own diary to balance independence with team collaboration. * Staying up to date with legislation, CPD and best practice. What you’ll need * Experience in carrying out fire risk assessments (or H&S role with fire risk responsibilities). * A Level 3 Fire Safety qualification (NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent) as a minimum - additional fire qualifications (e.g. fire doors, fire stopping) are desirable. * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. * A passion for professional growth and delivering best practice in fire safety.
